*Farewell to the year and the passing of days* Written by Ahmed Qutb Zayed We will bid farewell to a year and welcome a year. We bid farewell to a year that will not return. Its rug will be folded and its pages will be folded before the beginning of the new Gregorian year 2024. Among the lines of my article, I express painful feelings and sorrows, deep wounds, events, worries and pain about what is happening to the people of Gaza in terms of massacres and killing. And destruction, a year of sadness and pain that has passed, and our hearts are stuck on what happened and what is happening, even when writing the article. The occupation is still destroying and killing, dear reader. Days, then months, then years pass, and we do not feel it, nor do we feel its importance in our lives. One of its most prominent characteristics is the speed with which its time passes. It passes like the clouds, and the winds flow. One of the poets says: Years passed by the arrival and here, and it was as if they were short days, then the days of abandonment were long after that, as if they were long years, then those years passed and their people, so it was as if they were dreams, with years and years following each other. And the speed of time and days passing; A reference to a prophetic miracle, and one of the signs of the Hour that the Chosen One, peace and blessings of God be upon him, told about, when he said: ((Time is approaching, work is decreasing, scarcity will be encountered, and commotion will increase. They said: O Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - and what is the commotion? He said: Murder. , Murder. What did you deposit last year, and what will you receive in the new year? Let the rational person hold himself accountable, and consider his matter. If he neglected any of the duties, let him repent to God and make up for what he missed, and if he was unjust to himself by committing sins and forbidden things, let him give up them before The time has come, and if he is one of those whom God has blessed with righteousness, let him thank God for that, and ask him to remain steadfast in it until death. Oh God, make 2023 the year of an end to our sorrows and the beginning of a new life full of happiness, and may the new year be a year of goodness, victory, and glory for the people of Gaza.
*وداع العام وانقضاء الأيام*

سنودع عاما ونستقبل عاما نودع عاما لن يعود، سيطوى بساطه وتطوى صفحاته وقبل بداية العام الميلادي الجديد 2024 ومن بين سطور مقالتي أعبر عن مشاعر وأحزان مؤلمة وجراح عميقة وأحداث وهموم وآلام عما يحدث لشعب غزة من مجازر وقتل وتدمير، عام حزن وألم مضى وقلوبنا معلقة بما حدث وما يحدث حتى عند كتابة المقال فالاحتلال ما زال يدمر ويقتل
عزيزي القارئ تمر أيام ثم أشهر ثم سنوات ولا نشعر بها ولا نشعر بأهميتها في حياتنا. فالزمان من أبرز خصائصه سرعة انقضاء وقته، فهو يمر مر السحاب، ويجري جري الرياح، يقول أحد الشعراء:
مرت سنين بالوصال وبالهنا فكأنها من قصرها أيام
ثم انثنت أيام هجر بعدها فكأنها من طولها أعوام
ثم انقضت تلك السنون وأهلها فكأنها وكأنهم أحلام
أن تعاقب السنين والأعوام، وسرعة انقضاء الأزمان والأيام؛ إشارة إلى معجزة نبوية، وعلامة من علامات الساعة قد أخبر عنها المصطفى ﷺ، بقوله: ((يتقارب الزمان، وينقص العمل، ويلقى الشح، ويكثر الهرج، قالوا: يا رسول الله –- صلى الله عليه وسلم- – وما الهرج؟ قال: القتل، القتل.
ماذا أودعتم في العام الماضي، وماذا تستقبلون به العام الجديد؟ فليحاسب العاقل نفسه، ولينظر في أمره، فإن كان قد فرط في شيء من الواجبات، فليتب إلى الله وليتدارك ما فات، وإن كان ظالما لنفسه بفعل المعاصي والمحرمات، فليقلع عنها قبل حلول الأجل، وإن كان ممن من الله عليه بالاستقامة، فليحمد الله على ذلك، وليسأله الثبات عليها إلى الممات اللهم اجعل 2023عام نهاية لأحزاننا وبداية لحياة جديدة مليئة بالسعادة وأن يكون العام الجديد عاما خيرا ونصرا وعزة لأهل غزة .
