A Year of Hurts and Pains by the poet Muhammad Youssef Mandour ================ A year has passed. Shall we have a year....... but the past year was all pain, and by the end the sadness has subsided? All our homes... ....From the actions of the children of Zion, the father of crime, Gaza was evacuated and all its residents were displaced.......and the elderly, women, widows, and orphans were left homeless, and there were scenes of killing. It is difficult for us... more difficult than the scenes in the movies. They destroyed hospitals for the sick... .. Premature babies were given poisonous air, and the eyes of the people of the earth were absent from them....... But the eyes of God never sleep while they are their brothers. They were treated lightly......and because of their cowardice, countries were lost and peoples died. Where are the people of Arabism and where are their brothers?... ...Where are our sheikhs, Al-Azhar, and all the rulers, when will the nation wake up from its slumber? ....... And it looks forward and leaves behind illusions, and the world rises to defend the farthest ....... so that the Arab nation may live in peace. May God remove the grief from it. عَامَ الْمَوَاجِعِ وَالْأَلَامِ

لِلشَّاعِرِ مُحَمَّدْيُوسُفَ مَنْدُور

عَامٌ قَدْ  مُضِيَ  وَهَلْ عَلَيْنَا   عَامَ

....... لَكِنَّ الْعَامَ  الْمَاضِيَ  كَانَ  كُلُّهُ آلَام

بِنِهَايِتَةَ قَدْ سَكَنَ الْحُزْنُ كُلَّ بُيُوتِنَا

....... مِنْ أَفْعَالِ بَنِي صَهْيُونٍ أَبْوِالْإِجْرَامِ

أُخْلِيّ غَزَّةَ  وَهَجَرَ  جَمِيعَ  سُكَّانِهَا

....... وَشّرْدَشُيُوخٌ  وَنِسَاءُوَأَرَامِلُ وَأَيْتَامٌ

وَمَنَاظِرُ الْقَتْلِ كَانَتْ صَعْبَةً عَلَيْنَا

...... أَشَدُّ مِنْ الْمَنَاظِرِ إِلَّلِي هِيَ بِالْأَفْلَامِ

دَمّرُوا الْمُسْتَشْفَيَاتِ عَلِي الْمَرْضِي

....... أَطْفَالُ خَدَجٍ أَعْطَوهُمْ هَوَاءً  سَامَ

وَقَدَغَابَتْ عَنْهُمْ عُيُونُ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ

....... لَكِنْ أَبَدًاً عُيُونُ اللَّهِ عُمْرُهَا  مَاتَنَام

وَهَاهُمْ إِخْوَانُهُمْ قَدْ هَانُوا  عَلَيْهِمْ

...... وَبِجُبْنِهِمْ ضَاعَتْ بِلَادٌ وَمَاتَتْ أَقْوَامٌ

أَيْنَ أَهْلُ  الْعُرُوبَةِ  وَأَيْنَ   نَخْوَتُهُمْ

....... أَيْنَ مَشَايِخُنَا وَالْأَزْهَرُ وَكُلُّ الْحُكَّامِ

مَّتِي  تَصِحُّوا  الْأُمَّةَ مِنْ  غَفْوَتِهَا ؟

....... وَتَنْظُرُلَلْأَمَامَ وَتَتْرُكُ خَلْفَهَا الْأَوْهَامَ

وَيَفُزُّ الْعَالَمُ  لِلدِّفَاعِ عَنْ الْأَقْصِيِّ

....... لِكَيْ تَعِيشَ الْأُمَّةُالْعَرَبِيَّةُ فِي  سَلَام

رَبِّي يُزِيحُ الْغُمَّةَ عَنِ الْأُمَّة

.......وَعَاجِلًاًيَنْصُرُ أَهْلَ غَزَّةَ وَيَعِزُّالْإِسْلَامَ
